Several issues regarding new home decoration styles
1、 Fresh air system: difference between top air supply and ground air supply
The top air supply and ground air supply modes of the fresh air system are both designed for duct type bidirectional flow fresh air systems. The system sends fresh air through a fresh air duct and recovers indoor polluted air through another duct, forming two independent ventilation paths. In the top air supply mode, both the supply and return air are completed through the air vents on the ceiling. On the contrary, the ground air supply mode sends fresh air through the air supply outlet under the floor or wall, while the return air still goes through the return air outlet on the ceiling.
2、 Quantity requirement for air supply and return ports
The number of air supply and return ports should be determined according to the size of the room. In ordinary residential buildings, setting up a new air vent in each room is sufficient. However, for medium-sized spaces such as villa living rooms, conference rooms, and offices, it is necessary to increase the number of new air vents appropriately. Small rooms such as study rooms can be installed according to their actual area.
3、 Installation position of air supply and return vents in the living room
The air supply outlet in the living room is recommended to be installed near the pollution source, such as near the kitchen or doorway, while the return outlet is recommended to be installed diagonally to improve air circulation efficiency.
